Cementing - New Twin Cementer

Trican has developed a new generation Twin Cementer that has three motors and complete redundancy of all systems. The cementers also utilize wireless electronic recording that is stored in a control cab.

Wireless Electronics: Trican utilizes wireless electronics that allow data to be transmitted to a laptop in the customer’s rig shack or vehicle without the use of cables. The data is stored on the unit and in a laptop for backup purposes.

Dustless Mixing System: Trican has designed a low-pressure dustless mixing system that reduces environmental damage and increases the quality of the cement treatment.
