In May 2006, the Company adopted a semi-annual dividend policy of $CAD 0.05 per common share. The Company's dividends qualify as "eligible dividends" as defined by the Canada Revenue Agency. Effective February 28, 2012, the Company amended the dividend policy to increase the dividend to 0.15 per common share.
