Mr. Kelly joined Trican in May 1997 and has been our Senior Vice President, Corporate Development since March 2009. He was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer in June 1997 and then Vice President, Finance and Administration in April 1998, a position he held until his appointment to Senior Vice Presdent, Corporate Development. Prior thereto, Mr. Kelly was employed by another major pressure pumping company since 1992 as a Financial Analyst and, then as Finance Director of one of its Russian joint ventures. He is a Chartered Accountant as well as a past President and founding member of the Petroleum Service Association of Canada Standing Committee on Finance.
